Facilities Master PlanOld Adult Learning CenterBuilding Description and Use: Built: Unknown. Circa 1950. Occupied by Lee College: 1974. This building consists of one level. No basement. 2,217 square feet. The structural system consists of reinforced concrete footings and foundation walls supporting the structure. The floor structure is reinforced concrete slab on grade and wood frame floor over crawl space. Floor covering consists of basically hardwood, vinyl tile, V. A. tile, and ceramic tile. Partitions consist of stud and gypsum board and brick. Wall finish consists of paint. Ceilings consist of plywood and paint and suspended system. The exterior walls are basically studs and sheathing with brick veneer, wood siding and paint. The roof structure is pitched wood frame with wood plank deck and asphalt shingles. Adequate plumbing for facility. Adequate electric for facility. Condition: Building is in need of substantial renovation, if it is to be retained. Should be demolished. Occupancy: A few adult learning classes.
