Building Description and Use:

This facility consists of one level. No basement. 704 square feet.

The structural system consists of reinforced concrete footings and foundation walls supporting the structure.

The floor structure is reinforced concrete slab on grade. Floor covering consists of terrazzo.

Partitions are stud and gypsum board.

Ceilings are paint over exposed structure.

The exterior walls are basically brick with clay tile.

The roof structure is precast concrete planks.

Minimal plumbing. Self contained central heating and cooling.

Minimal electric for facility.

Condition: Good

Occupancy: Grounds Maintenance Shop: Bench stock and tool storage.
