This facility consists of one level. No basement. 504 square feet.

The structural system consists of reinforced concrete footings and foundation walls supporting the pre-engineered steel frame structure.

The floor structure is reinforced concrete slab on grade.

No partitions.

No ceilings.

The exterior walls are basically prefinished metal panel.

The roof structure is pre-engineered with prefinished metal panel cover.

No plumbing.

Minimal electric for facility.

Condition: Good

Occupancy: This building is currently used to store maintenance materials.
