Vehicle Maintenance Building

Building Description and Use:

Built:  1977

This facility consists of one level. No basement. 5,042 square feet.

The structure system consists of reinforced concrete footings and foundation walls supporting the pre-engineered steel frame structure.

The floor structure is reinforced concrete slab on grade. Floor covering consists of concrete slab and a small area of vinyl asbestos floor tile.

There is a small office for the vehicle maintenance craftsman. Office walls are wood stud with sheetrock. The majority of the area is an open garage.

No ceilings.

The exterior walls are basically prefinished metal panel with blanket insulation.

The roof structure is pre-engineered with prefinish metal panel cover.

Adequate plumbing for facility. Unit heaters.

Adequate electric for facility.

Condition: Good.

Occupancy: This building is the College vehicle garage, in which College vehicles are maintained.
