Admission Requirements
Steps to Apply
In person:
- Submit an application to Lee College before applying to the nursing program. You can obtain an application at the Admissions and Records Office in Moler Hall.
- Students are responsible for furnishing official transcripts to the Admissions and Records Office. Submit transcripts prior to February 1st for timely evaluation.
- Submit a nursing application to the Allied Health Office. You can obtain an application from the Counseling Center or the Allied Health Office.
- Applications are taken year around; students are strongly encouraged to turn in applications by February 1st.
- No applications for fall entry will be accepted after the Lee College spring semester is complete.
- Allied Health applications will not be accepted without documentation of completed required immunizations.
Or, apply without visiting the campus:
- Submit an application to Lee College online at www.applytexas.org. Then call the admissions office at 281 425 6393 after two business days have passed, to have your application uploaded. You MUST submit an application to Lee College before applying to the nursing program.
- Students are responsible for furnishing official transcripts to the Admissions and Records Office. Submit transcripts prior to February 1st for timely evaluation.
- Download the Generic Associate Degree Nursing application for Admission. Mail completed application to Lee College, Allied Health Office, P.O. Box 818, Baytown, Texas 77522-0818 or fax to (281) 425-6520.
- Applications are taken year around, students are strongly encouraged to turn in applications by February 1st.
- No applications for fall entry will be accepted after the Lee College spring semester is complete.

Download the Transitional (VN-RN) Nursing application for Admission. Mail completed application to Lee College, Allied Health Office, P.O. Box 818, Baytown, Texas 77522-0818 or fax to (281) 425-6520.
- Applications are taken year around, students are strongly encouraged to turn in applications by February 1st for entry in the spring and September 1st for entry in the fall.
- Allied Health applications will not be accepted without documentation of completed required immunizations.
- Call the Allied Health Office to verify your fax and/or mail was received.
Admission to the Lee College Nursing Programs Require:
- Admission requirements are monitored continuously and may change between catalogs. Contact the Allied Health Office for the most current requirements.
- Criminal Background screening upon acceptance.
- There are more applicants than slots in the program. Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.
- The Admissions Committee informs applicants of admission status.
- All admission requirements must be satisfied before students may register.
Students who wish to Transfer into any nursing courses, MUST make an appointment with the ADN Program Director (281-425-6229).
