Kindra Wright, a 5’9” outside hitter, arrives at Lee College from Hamshire, Texas. A 2009 graduate of Hamshire-Fannett High School, Kindra has the necessary skills to compete at a higher level. During her senior season, Kindra led her team as they claimed the titles of District and Area Champion, and were ranked as high as #6 in the state 3A volleyball poll. Kindra received All-State and All-Regional accolades and she earned the MVP award for her district as well as for the Beaumont Enterprise Super Gold Team. Additionally, she earned 1st team All-District awards for her junior season. Academically, Kindra was on the A and B Honor Roll. She played club ball with Texas Eastside and Texas Thunder. When she is not playing ball, Alicia likes to relax and spend time with friends and family.
