+30The Lee College Runnin’ Rebels have won the Region XIV men’s basketball tournament and have advanced to the nationals for the first time in the college’s history.
The Rebels will compete for the Division I national title March 18-23 in Hutchinson, Kansas.
In the regionals held in Tyler, the Rebels entered as the No. 5 seed and won four games over five days.
