Tuition & FeesState of Texas Tution Rebate ProgramThe State of Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board has authorized a tuition rebate to qualified students completing bachelor’s degrees from a 4-year public university within the state of Texas. Students qualify for the tuition rebate if they have attempted no more than three semester credit hours in excess of the minimum number of hours required for their degree.
