Note: A High School diploma or GED and a valid Texas Cosmetology
License is required for admission to this class.
Pre/Corequisite: CSME 1435 and READ 300, ESOL 310, or equivalent

Course Rationale:
An introduction to the preparation delivery of lesson plans for secondary
and post secondary cosmetology students.
Learning Objectives:
Classroom/clinic management; design teaching methodologies and implement
lesson plans.
Specific Tasks Accomplished:
- Student will perform instruction on an individual basis in the cosmetology clinic
- Students will explore various components in curriculum and course development and satisfactory complete assignments and evaluation of the material.
- Students will present lesson plan in a classroom setting.
