Course Title: Instructional Theory and Clinic Operation
Course Rationale:
Prepare the student to take the state administered exam including practical
management in a classroom setting.
Learning Objectives:
Demonstrate the skills required for the completion of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation curriculum including the management of a lab/clinic in a cosmetology program and classroom management skills.
Specific Tasks Accomplished:
Upon completion of this course, the student should be able to:
- Student will keep attendance records
- Student will keep skill requirement records for cosmetology students
