Course Title: Advanced Legal Document Preparation
Course Rationale:
This course is a “capstone” course for the paralegal studies degree. It
integrates skill acquired from all paralegal courses.
Learning Objectives:
Understand legal terminology and concepts relating to the preparation of
legal documents.
Specific Tasks Accomplished:
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to accomplish the
following tasks:
- Define and properly use terminology related to legal document
preparation.
- Draft transaction and litigation documents based on hypothetical fact
situations.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the application of transaction and
litigation documents.
