The Business Administration and Management Program of Lee College strives to provide trained and dynamic employees who can move into management roles to meet the needs of business organizations and companies. This program provides students with the opportunity to acquire the skills, experiences, attitudes and information essential for success.

We offer an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration that meets all the transfer requirements of Texas public universities. The Associate of Applied Science in Management degree serves students who want to move up in their current job by focusing on the leadership and management skills they need to become a supervisor – or a better supervisor – now.

The University of Houston and Lee College have partnered to bring the University’s Bachelor of Science in Technology Leadership and Supervision courses from the UH main campus to Lee College, Baytown, Texas. Every course in Lee College’s AAS in Management degree will transfer. The UH courses will be taught in Lee College’s interactive classroom, online, or on television for the benefit of our busy students.
