- Explain Federal Aviation Administration regulations for Instrument
Flight
- Read and interpret approach charts, en route charts, departure
procedures (PDs) and standard terminal arrival routes (STARs)
- Explain navigation with reference to radio systems
- Describe the aircraft flight instruments operation
- Explain the air traffic control (ATC) procedures and flight physiology
related to instrument flight
