The basic governance structure, detailed in the Managerial Plan, ensures that both that both the decision-makers and the necessary technical expertise are available to the CCC. The county's highest elected official, the county judge, will chair the Governing Board. As outlined under partnership communications strategies, communication will be maintained through formal meetings, working groups and e-mail. The program coordinator, Lisa Jones will oversee communications. The Project Coordinator will have that primary responsibility.
