Who is eligible to participate in the LCEOC?
There are three requirements for participants. They must:
- Be a U.S. citizen or a permanent legal resident
- Be at least 19 years of age or old enough to attend college
- Express a desire to enroll, or be enrolled in a program of postsecondary education, and request information and/or help in applying for admission or financial aid.
