How do I get started?
Submit an application online. A specialist
will call you. Participants may also complete a postage-paid card and
mail it in. No postage is needed. A specialist will call to set up a meeting.
Those interested in services may also visit the central office at the
San Jacinto Mall during regular office hours to complete an application.
