CHANGES TO FINANCIAL AID SERVICE HOURS

Beginning June 1, we will open our front counter at 7:30am for students. Our back office will open at 9am Monday- Thursday. Both the front counter and back office area will open at 7:30am on Friday. Should you need to sign in to see the Assistant Director or Specialists we encourage you to make an appointment by email.

We hope to use the time between 7:30am and 9:00 am to promptly return your calls and emails. While we will have additional phone support for our office this summer, we always recommend you email us at finaid@lee.edu with your questions. Please include name, ID and a good phone number and time to call in your emails. Our hope is that these changes will help us provide great customer service as well as process your files in a timely manner this summer.
