How do you join?

There are 2 ways to become a member of Former Lee:

1. Join online & pay dues with credit card

Annual Membership ($20 a year)

Lifetime Membership ($200 a one-time fee)

Lifetime Married Couple Membership ($350 a one-time fee)





 

2. Download membership form & mail or fax with dues payment

Download and complete the membership registration form and mail it with your membership dues to:
