Waiving Summer Tuition, Fees and Books
Lee College is waiving tuition, electronic books, and fees for qualifying students!
TUITION WAIVER ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for the summer tuition waiver, a student must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Eligibility is contingent on completing the FAFSA for the 2019-2020 aid year and the 2020-2021 aid year.
In addition to the FAFSA, you are eligible if:
- You are an in-district student.
- You attended Lee College in Spring 2020.
- You are a graduate of our service area high schools in the 2019-2020 academic year.
- You have been displaced or suffered a loss of income due to COVID-19.

If you believe you are ineligible to complete the FAFSA, you may still be eligible for the summer tuition waiver; please contact our Financial Aid Director, Felipe Leal, at email@example.com for additional options.

Visit ApplyTexas to begin your Lee College application! Current students will not need to complete a new application on Apply Texas.
Visit with your advisor to discuss course options, placement, and enrollment.
Register for classes! Classes for summer begin as early as May 11
The Lee Cares Emergency Fund assists students by providing emergency financial assistance to students enrolled during the Spring 2020 term who are unable to meet immediate, essential expenses due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Award amounts and disbursement of funds vary and are made on a case-by-case basis. Awards are not considered loans and do not require repayment.
