Information about Working On-Campus:
Any student interested in working on-campus must complete a “Student Employee Application Form” and return it to the SCEO to be considered for an on-campus job.

Our office will verify that the student meets eligibility requirements to be a Student Assistant or Work Study student:

  • Overall GPA equal to or greater than 2.0
  • Enrolled in at least 3 credit hours during Summer I (6 week), 5 credit hours during Summer I (12 week), 3 credit hours during Summer II (6 week), 6 credit hours during Fall, 6 credit hours during Spring

Once approved, we will forward the application to departments that are hiring.  Supervisors will call the student if they are interested in setting up an interview.

I need a job… Help!
The SCEO can assist students not only with on-campus employment but also off-campus employment.

A few of our off-campus positions are posted on the job board in the Student Center; however, ALL of our job listings are posted on Rebel Job Link (www.lee.edu/hirearebel), our online job database.  Only Lee College students and Alumni can access this exclusive system.  In addition, through our partnership with MonsterTRAK, you now have access to thousands of job opportunities. These
jobs are targeted to you in the same exclusive Rebel Job Link  where you view jobs posted by our office. They are easy to access and apply to. Interested students must register online with our office.  It’s fast and easy –

  • Go to the SCEO website at www.lee.edu/hirearebel
  • Click the “Student Log-In” button on the yellow menu bar at the top of the page
  • New students/grads will click “First-time users click here to register”
  • Follow the directions and complete a new user profile
  • Click “Register” and then “Submit Profile” when prompted

Students will receive an email from the SCEO once their profile has been approved; therefore allowing access to view the many opportunities currently available.

Interested in Resume or Interview Help:
Resume help and interview preparation is available by appointment.  Students should call the SCEO (281.425.6572) or send an email (cperaza@lee.edu) to schedule an appointment.
