Employee Handbook
It is the policy of Lee College to fully comply with the equal opportunity
provisions of all applicable regulations and not to discriminate against
any employee or applicant for employment because of gender, disability,
race, color, religion, national origin or veteran status in areas such
as recruitment, selection, training, promotion, demotion, layoffs, terminations,
rates of pay, or any other forms of compensation or benefits.
THE EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK is intended to support policy statements of the
Board of Regents, and in any instance where it is determined that the
HANDBOOK is not compatible with the LEE COLLEGE BOARD POLICY MANUAL,
board policy shall prevail.
This handbook will change during the year as the college community
suggests changes in policies and procedures. Questions about these
changes should be directed to the Human Resources Office.
