Employment & Procedures Manual

This "Employment Manual" has been prepared to provide Lee College's Screening Committees, and the college administration with a standardized selection process that reflects its commitment to equal employment opportunities and compliance with federal and state employment laws and legislation. The intended purpose of this manual is to cover the complete selection process and outline the specific responsibilities of all the parties involved in the employment process. Although comprehensive, there will be times when additional information will be needed. The Personnel Department should be contacted for guidance, information, and updates of policies and procedures and pertinent employment laws and legislation to ensure that fair play and good employee relations are followed throughout the selection process.
