The production upgrade from Peoplesoft Learning Solution 8.0 to Peoplesoft Campus Solutions 9.0 will be completed over the weekend of October 17, 2008.  This transition to production will required that the Peoplesoft Learning System be unavailable between Thursday evening, October 16, 2008 at 5:45pm and available on Monday, October 20, 2008 at 8am.  This upgrade does NOT affect Peoplesoft Financials 8.4 (Purchasing, General Ledger, Asset Management or Account Payables).  Your team (Admissions and Records, Counseling, Financial Aid, Dean Evans, Dean Hodgin and Dean Suchon), Human Resources, Student Financials, Payroll and Information Technology) have been hard at work for several months preparing for this upgrade (see Peoplesoft Upgrade Status) http://www.lee.edu/itt/peoplesoft_status.asp.  As you know, PeopleSoft is the system that enables students, faculty and staff to access their critical information resources, including academic information, course selection, class registration, class schedules and rosters, online grading, advising information, student records, payroll, budget and benefits information.  iCampus self-service module will become myLCCampus.  myLCCampus active Monday afternoon.  This upgrade will keep Lee College current with a supported version of this software and ensure that we stay up-to-date with critical State and Federal Tax updates.
