To access Voice Mail from outside the system:

• DIAL Your own number
• ENTER * + Passcode

To access Voice Mail from your desk:

WHEN MESSAGE WAITING LIGHT IS ON

• Lift handset or Press Speakerphone for Dialtone
• PRESS Message Waiting Button
• ENTER Passcode
• PRESS 7 to Play Messages

WHEN MESSAGE WAITING LIGHT IS OFF

• ENTER 6591 (Pilot Code) OR PROGRAM AS AN AUTODIAL BUTTON
• ENTER Passcode
• PRESS 7 to Play Messages

To access your Voice Mailbox from a different extension:

• ENTER 6591 (Pilot Code)
• PRESS * + Your Mailbox Number
• PRESS * + Passcode
• PRESS 7 to Play Messages

To Record & Send a Message to Someone:

• ENTER 6591 (Pilot Code)
• PRESS 6 to Make Message
• ENTER Their Mailbox Number
• Record Message

To Mark Message For Future Delivery:

• FOLLOW "RECORD MESSAGE" (above), then:
• PRESS 6 Message Addressing Options
• PRESS 3 Future Delivery
• Follow Prompts to enter Date & Time
• PRESS 9 Exit

To Give Message to Another Mailbox:

• ENTER 6591 (Pilot Code)
• ENTER Passcode
• PRESS 7 Play Message
• PRESS 4 Give Message
• ENTER Mailbox Number
• PRESS # Record Additional Comments
• PRESS 9 To Save and Exit

To Transfer a Call into Particular Mailbox:

• PRESS Transfer or Flash
• ENTER 6591 (Pilot Code)
• LISTEN for Recording
• PRESS *
• ENTER Mailbox Number
• HANG UP

To Change Greeting

• ENTER Passcode
• PRESS 8 User Options
• PRESS 4 Change Greeting
• PRESS 7 Change Primary Greeting
• PRESS 7 Record Primary Greeting
• PRESS 9 to Save & Exit to Main Menu

Shortcuts

Anytime during message playback press:

• PRESS 1 pause for 30 seconds; 7 to resume
• PRESS * move back 5 seconds
• PRESS # move forward 5 seconds
• PRESS 8 skip to next message
• PRESS 8 * back to beginning of previous message
• PRESS * to retrieve a message accidentally discarded

When calling someone else's mailbox:

• PRESS 1 skip greeting to begin recording immediately

TO TRANSFER OUT OF VOICE MAIL & RING AN EXTENSION:

• PRESS # + extension number
