Telephone FeaturesProgrammable Feature ButtonsThe bottom left button is your main extension, or prime line - the system identifies you by this number. Outside calls come In to you on this line. Incoming calls generally rollover to this line if prime line is busy. This button is used to program Auto Dial buttons for 1-touch dialing:
Message Waiting Button lights to indicate or alert you that you have a new, unplayed message in voice mailbox.
Joint Call Button allows you to join 2 incoming calls together
(RESULTS IS A THREE-WAY CONFERENCE CALL & THE 2 CALLS REMAIN JOINED IF YOU HANG UP) Last Number Redial stores the most recent outgoing or extension call for automatic redialing later. A new number is stored, overriding the previous number each time a successful call has been placed. REDIAL DOES NOT STORE A NUMBER PLACED THROUGH AN AUTO DIAL CALLING MODE. Forwards all calls directly into voice mail or another extension
