The Lee College Huntsville Center Culinary Arts Program has highly qualified instructors who have many years of experience in the culinary arts field with an emphasis in institutional cooking. Student training is conducted within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice food service and kitchen facilities. A state-of-the-art cooking bay is also utilized for specialty cooking as a part of the Capstone experience.
Angela Langford and Brian Hunziker are recognized as industry professional who teach students a challenging course curriculum. They have a combined 25 years of industry experience and 15 years of culinary arts teaching experience at the college level.
