The daily routine includes the inspection, operation and repair as necessary of heating, cooling, electrical power distribution, plumbing, sewage disposal, water supply and other mechanical/electrical/plumbing equipment owned and operated by Lee College.
HVAC equipment is inspected/serviced every 3 months during routine preventative maintenance.
Plumbing fixtures are inspected/serviced every 6 months during routine preventative maintenance.
Electrical panels, transformers, generators, fire equipment and alarms, and disconnects are inspected/serviced every 12 months during routine preventive maintenance.
Additional inspections are regularly performed on backflow preventors, vent hoods and snorkels, and elevators.
MEP Maintenance services are provided for customer requested work orders.
