Structural/Building Maintenance

Daily Schedule: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday.

Daily routine includes construction, repairs, alterations, and maintenance of structural facilities such as floors, walls, ceilings, cabinets, shelves, windows, doors, doorjambs, building exteriors and roofs.

Painting is done on an as-needed basis.

Carpet, floor tiles and ceiling tiles are replaced on an as-needed basis.

Roofs are maintained and repaired as needed.   Roofs are inspected every 6 months during routine preventative maintenance.

Building exteriors are repaired as needed.   Building exteriors are inspected every 12 months during routine preventative maintenance.

Door locks, panic hardware and closers are repaired/replaced on an as-needed basis.   Exterior doors/hardware are inspected/serviced every 6 months and interior doors/hardware are inspected/serviced every 12 months during routine preventative maintenance.

Structural/Building Maintenance services are provided for customer requested work orders.
