Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Maintenance

Daily Schedule: Over-lapping shift schedules provide coverage from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday and 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Sunday.

Daily routine includes the inspection, operation and repair as necessary of heating, cooling, electrical power distribution, plumbing, sewage disposal, water supply and other mechanical/electrical/plumbing equipment owned and operated by Lee College.

HVAC equipment is inspected/serviced every 3 months during routine preventative maintenance.

Plumbing fixtures are inspected/serviced every 6 months during routine preventative maintenance.

Electrical panels and disconnects are inspected/serviced every 12 months during routine preventive maintenance.
