Registration Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What is the schedule of classes?
    The schedule of classes is available online or in print before registration begins for each semester.  The schedule show courses offered for the semester with meeting times and days and the classroom location.  You will also find catalog updates, semester events and the final exam schedule.

  2. When is the best time to register? 
    Students who register early are more likely to get the courses they want at the time they want.  Registration dates are published in the schedule of classes each semester.

  3. When do I have to pay?
    Payment deadlines are published in the schedule of classes for each registration period.

  4. What happens if I forget to pay or cannot pay by the deadline?
    If you miss the payment deadline you will be dropped from your classes and you will need to register again.

  5. What if I want to change my schedule after I register? 
    Before classes begin you can add and drop classes online using iCampus.  After classes begins you must complete an add/drop form which you can get from Admissions or the Counseling Center.

  6. When can I get a refund for dropped classes?
    The refund schedule is published in the schedule of classes each semester.  Please note you must drop the course before the first day of classes for the semester to get a 100% refund regardless of when that particular class meets.  For more information see the refund policy in the schedule.

  7. When is the last day I can drop a class without getting a grade?
    The last day to drop is published in the schedule of classes each semester.  To drop after that date, you need to make special arrangements with your instructor.

  8. What happens if I stop going to class? 
    Lee College leaves attendance policies up to the instructors.  You can be dropped after three absences.  DO NOT assume an instructor has dropped you from the class.  It is your responsibility to complete an add/drop form and failure to do so could mean an F on your transcript.

  9. What if I encounter errors during the registration process?
    If you get an error message during registration you can email reghelp@lee.edu for assistance.  You should include your name and contact information and a description of the problem.  You will get an email response letting you know the status of your registration and what you should do next.  You may also come to the counseling center for assistance.

  10. How can I register online if I don’t have a computer or internet access?
    You can register using a computer on campus.  The registration Corral is set up outside the bookstore each semester with computer for you to use.  The computer corral is staffed with an assistant who can help you with iCampus from logging on to registration, grades and more.
