Vehicle Cost to the Using Department

Using a College vehicle:

We charge the using department 50.5 cents per mile. 

If a driver is requested, Purchasing will attempt to find a qualified driver.  Drivers are paid $10.00 per hour with a four (4) hour minimum.  Food and overnight lodging will be required  to be provided for the driver.  All expenses relating to the driver will be charged to the using department.

Driving a personal vehicle:

If a personal vehicle is taken then a reimbersment of 50.5 cents per mile can be requested. You can use the state mileage guide to determine distance.
