BIBL1371 (Old Testament Survey) and BIBL1372 (New Testament Survey)--both non-credit courses-- are taught from the following perspectives: history, language, politics, literature, culture, religion, and archaeology, and include studies of the Bible, countries of the Middle East (Israel, Egypt, Babylon, Syria, and Persia), and ethnic groups from those regions.
