Course Title: Process Technology III- Operations
Course Rationale:
This course is to provide an adult learner with the
opportunity to work in a self-directed work team, operate a complex distillation
system, collect and analyze data, start-stop process equipment, follow and write
operational procedures. The course is the capstone experience which allows the
learner to apply class room skills to real life operational activities.
Learning Objectives:
Combine systems into operating processes; describe a process technician's
role during plant operations; write operating procedures; and demonstrate
application of operating procedures.
Specific Tasks Accomplished:
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
