Lee College’s Wellness Center and Gymnasium serves as a multi-generation center to help provide family fitness and health education to citizens of the Baytown Community.
The Wellness Center features exercise equipment especially designed for both younger and older adults. The facilities include two racquetball courts, a heated swimming pool, classrooms for health workshops, a yoga room, and an aerobics room. Improve your well-being in a friendly, small-town environment with professional instructors who are dedicated to your health. A convenient location and extended hours allow you to get a workout in before or after work.
Senior adults age 65 or older are eligible for special discounts to enroll in the wellness program. Class attendance for senior adults is approximately two visits per week.
A fitness assessment is optional however; a thorough orientation with aerobic and pin-weight machines is conducted to familiarize seniors with fitness equipment.
Wellness Center passes are available for one year (fall only), one semester, or one week.
