Testing

Skills demonstration for employment or craft validation may be accommodated in any of the areas of training. On a regular basis, the industrial program tests client's employees or applicants to ensure their skills and knowledge in their craft. Testing of this nature provides a third party analysis for the client to make a better judgment as to the craft qualification of the employee or applicant.
