Cost:
All Skills Camps are $100 per person; position camps are $50
2022 Dates
- Camp 1: 8 a.m.-12 p.m., July 18-22 — All Skills Camp. Entering grades 3-6.
- Camp 2: 2-6 p.m., July 18-22, — All Skills Camp. Entering grades 7-9.
- Camp 3: 8 a.m.-12 p.m., July 25-29 — All Skills Camp. Entering grades 10-12.
- Position Camp 1, Serving and Passing Skills: 2-4 p.m., July 25-26.
- Position Camp 2, Defense and Blocking Skills: 4:30-6:30 p.m., July 25-26.
- Position Camp 3, Setting and Attacking Skills: 2-4 p.m., July 27-28.
- Navigator Lites Developmental Camp: 4:30-6:30 p.m., July 26-27. Ages 8-12
All Skills Camps
The five-day All-Skills Camps will focus on all aspects of the game, with a strong emphasis on the fundamentals of volleyball. Skill development is emphasized during hours of on-court instruction in the following areas: serving, serve receiving, forearm passing, setting, attacking, blocking, transition & competition. Technique refinement and exposure to tactical aspects of the game will also be covered. Please register for your proper age group.
Position Camps
The two-day Position Camps will focus on the breakdown of skills by position. The breakdown will include a strong emphasis on the fundamentals of volleyball. Skill development is emphasized during hours of on-court instruction in the following areas: serving, serve receiving, forearm passing, setting, attacking, blocking, transition & scoring. Technique refinement and exposure to tactical aspects of the game to increase overall IQ will also be covered. Grades 8-12.
Navigator Lites Camp
This camp is geared to ages 8-12 to teach the fundamentals and allow learning more about the sport of volleyball through skills and drills. It is designed to teach proper techniques for our youth players.

Awards given to camps 1 & 2: Keeping it Positive, Cheer Master, Helping Hand, Navigator of the Camp. Parents are welcome to take photos.

Camp Objectives
- Each camper will leave with a positive attitude about herself.
- Each camper will leave the camp closer to reaching her full potential on the court.
- Each camper will be instructed on how to conduct herself on and off the court through sportsmanship, competition, and learning how to deal with winning and losing.
- Each camper will learn that to be successful she will need to find the dedication, desire and discipline to be successful in volleyball and most importantly, in life.
Registration:
Only a limited number of applications per session will be accepted. Each session will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Facilities
All camps will be conducted in the Lee College sports arena and gym. The arena was built in 2003 and has the capacity to seat 1,500 screaming fans. The arena also boasts a wellness center, multiple locker rooms, a training room, film room, and two regulation courts. Campers may also use the auxiliary gym located next to the arena.
Equipment
Campers should report each day wearing workout clothes, tennis shoes, and knee pads (if possible). No caps, watches, jewelry, or cell phones will be permitted, PLEASE! Lee College is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
