Rental fees include custodial, Lee College security, media, set-up/break down, supplies, and administrative costs.

Depending on the event, other fees may apply.

Deposits are one-half the rental rate.

Lee College employees and 501(c)3 organizations (documentation required) receive a 50 percent discount.

Liability insurance is required for athletic and sports activities.

Fee waiver requests require administrative approval. Groups receiving fee waivers for rental space pay $25 for basic support costs during the week and $75 for the weekend; other fees may apply for technical support, equipment, and security.

NOTE:
*Facility rentals of the Performing Arts Center (main performance hall) require approval by the Board of Regents. To ensure that action items are complete for the board meetings, requests are due by the 5th of the month.
