The primary goal for Grounds Maintenance is to enhance the appearance of Lee College by providing a planned program of grounds care. Effective grounds care will maintain and improve the beauty, functionality, and utility of the campus grounds.
The daily routine includes litter removal from the grounds and parking lots and ensuring that the campus grounds are clean.
Depending on the season and the weather, area maintenance routines include complete turf maintenance for fertilizing, mowing, edging, trimming and weeding; planting, pruning and removing shrubs, plantings and trees; pest control. Special maintenance includes filling, grading and landscaping.
