Kelli Forde-Spiers

Kelli Forde-SpiersKelli Forde-Spiers is a passionate advocate to ensure all students have the resources needed to succeed and feel a sense of belonging at Lee College. She has over 10 years of administrative experience in higher education, primarily in the community college sector, focusing on student engagement, belonging, and addressing basic needs insecurities.

As the Associate Vice President of Student Success and Belonging, Kelli is responsible for leading and executing the college's retention and belonging initiatives including the Student Resource and Advocacy Center, Student Engagement and First-Year Experience Program, mental health support, and dedicated programs serving special populations of students.

Kelli earned a bachelor of science degree in marine biology from Texas A&M University at Galveston and a master’s degree in educational administration from Texas A&M University. Prior to her role at Lee College, Kelli served as the director of Student Life and Intramural Programs at Brazosport College in Lake Jackson, Texas.

In the community, Kelli proudly serves on the board of directors for the United Way of Greater Baytown and Chambers County and chairs the community impact and investments sub-committee of the United Way. In 2021, Kelli was named one of Baytown's 26 Under 40 for her commitment to bettering the Baytown community.
