   1. CAAC Chair: Joe Ganakos
      (1762) was previously approved as part of a degree plan that no longer exists. The course itself was approved so now all that needs to be done is to build it in as a New Course.   
      Will be meeting with Troy Oyler’s replacement to update the system.
      Need to move to a paperless travel request process. If we can create a process similar to the CAAC process that would make everyone’s life easier. John Elliott suggested that Tim Pimentel in the Machine shop would be a really good fresh set of eyes to help create the process. Need a good mix of academic and technical.
